A School Where Words Fall Like Rain

Words are always present alongside learning. Just as the Japanese expression kotodama suggests, words have the power to touch the heart and transform the way we think and feel.
Beautiful words, carefully inscribed so that they may never fade with the passing of time, accumulate throughout the school building as if falling gently from above. As students encounter these words, they become etched into their hearts, gradually becoming part of who they are.
A school filled with meaningful words is a place from which thoughtful and compassionate people can grow and take flight into the world.
