未来に羽ばたく滑走路

ANAブランドの更なる品質向上を目指し、点在する訓練施設を集約化するための新訓練施設のサイン計画。
訓練生はメイン動線となる2階の直線約240mの廊下に等間隔に配置されたEVで縦移動し、目的の訓練室にアクセスする。
この特徴的な直線約240mの廊下を滑走路に見立てた床デザインにより、目的の訓練室へ通じるEVバンクを明瞭化した。
EVホールは空をイメージした青を壁と天井に塗装し、階の上昇とともに空の青も変化させ、空の呼び名をつけることで青の変化に意味性を与えた。
基準階に上がると平行に配置された２本の廊下での移動となる。
滑走路を経由して基準階へあがったこの空間は、飛行機に搭乗して上空を移動している空間と見立て、フロアマップは機内の座席表をモチーフにしたデザインとした。ガラスパーティションで仕切られた訓練室には、上空で窓から流れる雲・気流をイメージした目隠しフィルムによって訓練への集中を高める機能を与えた。
教室にはリズミカルに青の壁面塗装を施し、前述の目隠しフィルムとの相乗効果によって「雲から覗き見える青空」という廊下移動時の体感的なデザインを試みた。この空間が、訓練生にとって未来へ羽ばたく一助になればとの思いを込めた。

A Runway to Take Flight into the Future

This signage plan was developed for a new training facility that consolidates ANA’s previously dispersed training facilities, with the aim of further enhancing the quality of the ANA brand.
Trainees move vertically using elevators positioned at regular intervals along the approximately 240-meter-long, linear corridor on the second floor, which serves as the facility’s main circulation route. The distinctive corridor is designed as a runway through its floor graphics, clearly identifying the elevator banks leading to each training room.
The elevator halls are designed around the image of the sky, with the walls and ceilings painted in shades of blue. As the floors rise, the shades of blue gradually change, with each hue given a name associated with the sky, giving meaning to the transition in color.
